Virtual Christmas Carols in aid of Little Flower Penny Dinners

Little Flower Penny Dinners is a charity in the heart of the Liberties in Dublin city centre. All year round they provide breakfast and lunch to those in need. At the moment, their building is closed due to Covid-19 but they continue to deliver hot meals every day.

For over 20 years, the children in St. Brigid's Primary School, The Coombe have been raising money for Penny Dinners each Christmas by Carol Singing. This year, we were determined to keep our tradition alive, despite Covid 19 restrictions. We decided to go virtual and the children from 5th and 6th class have been working so hard over the past few weeks to make this happen!

We would be so grateful of your support for this worthy charity. We have created a fundraiser page and any donation you can make would be so greatly appreciated.

Keep a close eye on New2Day on RTÉ 2 this afternoon (Thurs 10th Dec) at 16:20 where the girls will feature, promoting our Virtual Christmas Carols in aid of Penny Dinners on Meath Street.
