St. Brigid's

We at St. Brigid’s , The Coombe are thinking of you all as we go through this very difficult time. We look forward so much to opening our doors again and welcoming all our children back to school. St. Brigid’s  is a very lonely building without our wonderful children coming through it’s doors every day. For now, we await a directive from our government leaders as to when that will be.

As far as schoolwork is concerned I hope and believe that all our children are making the best effort to do some work each day at home with their parents/ guardians. The teachers gave out some folders of work to attempt for these two weeks. Keep an eye on this website for further ideas in this regard. We will update it regularly. You will see already a list of useful websites to use. Some “school screen time “ each day might be a chance for your children to learn lots of new things in different ways!

I know also that all our children will continue to try to be very good for their parents/guardians at home ; engage with schoolwork for some part of each day, help around the house and enjoy playtime with brothers and sisters!
