Ideas for keeping active

Hi,
Hope everyone is keeping well. I am putting up different activites to help you all keep busy when you are at home during this time. It is really fun to try to keep fit, that might be going for a walk with your family or using some of these websites to follow fun fitness activites. You all do great work in P.E. at school so I'm sure you are keeping up being active at home. I have been trying to keep active too by doing some yoga at home and going out for a long walk everyday... teachers have to keep active too
