
Everybody worries
Good morning everyone,
Another bright, sunny and dry day, we are so lucky!
We are now out of school, a LOT longer than any of us thought and we are all getting used to new routines. It is very hard when things are uncertain and we don't know exactly what is going to happen in the future. Sometimes I get worried and anxious about it, do you? That's completely normal. It is normal to feel worried when everything we know and are used to has to change. It is hard not to be able to see all our families and friends and go to school.
We are all in this together and we will come through this. It always help to talk and tell the ones we love and trust how we are feeling. Sometimes I like to write down what is worrying me or draw pictures of it. In school we practice deep breathing with our fingers - breathe in tracing up one finger and breathe out tracing down your finger. Close your eyes and take some deep breaths.
